After a few days thinking about the best way to keep this place going I have come up with an Idea that should work and not cost me a great deal.
Host has Disabled external connections, so im going to have store the news page on the 2nd host, only this page will run from this host, all other pages and images will run from main host keeping bandwith and costs down.
You can see what my problem is here.. Look at the increase in bandwith (the red bars)

I think everything is back to normal now, but if you find any probs, ie broken links etc please let me know! Cheers
