Just recently Alicia performed live on the popular american “David Letterman” show.
She performed her latest single “How Come You Don’t Call Me?” with a previusly
unseen hair style.

Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Alicia Keys recently completed a short two-week break on her scheduled tour through the fall with soul singer Musiq. Keys shared with LAUNCH how important it was to recharge her batteries: “I think just time alone is always a necessity, you know?” she said. “I just think to think with your own thoughts and be around a quiet area that is just very personal, I think is really beneficial. So, for me, I realized that experiencing that is helpful in refocusing and staying focused.” Keys also shared with LAUNCH in Miami recently that she has already begun work on her sophomore album: “I’ve been writing for the new album forever, you know, since before the first album came out, but now I’m definitely continuing to write and actually playing some songs down this whole month of June and continuing on while I’m on tour. And then I’m going to lock down when I get off tour in September–or possibly November, if we go to Europe. We gonna make it happen. It’s gonna be crazy.”] SOUNDCUE

Hi everyone, i’m Joanne from Amsterdam and three months ago I won a trip to Las Vegas to go to a concert of Alicia, can’t tell ya how happy I was and still am! I’m a great bigga fan of hers, just like all yall and so my question is: does anyone know when she’ll be in Las Vegas? Cause eventhough I won, I haven’t heard anything yet about when and for how long i’ll be staying there. Could anyone fill me in?

Alcia Keys was interview by Evelyn McDonnell at Miami
Herald last Tuesday, she talks about how she keeps focused and also praises her
mother.
Alicia Keys is petite. Her long braids are tied back by a multi-colored
scarf and there’s a touch of eyeliner making her Cleopatra eyes even more feline. She’s
so naturally pretty as she sits across the conference table of a stately suite
at the Inter-Continental Hotel in downtown Miami on a recent May day, you think,
no wonder she’s a star.
‘I always want to stay focused on who I am, even as
I’m discovering who I am… one of my main priorities is to stay very, very normal,’
says Alicia Keys.

as a co-admin of this site, i sure don’t do much… oh well! here’s a new liner i did with alicia keys. this was prerecorded so it sounds like an announcing spot. in addition, i also wanna apologize for not having the new eve ft. alicia keys single yet, interscope records have been holding back on us. so we might not see it for awhile… maybe someone else will get it besides me.
