Alicia is is reportedly very interested in getting Disney to hire her as the lead of its upcoming animated musical, “The Frog Princess.â€. Alicia was so interested in the part, after she auditioned for the part she called up Disney’s studio chief, Dick Cook to let him know personally how much she wanted the part. |

I think that would be awesome if she got the part! I think most Black American actresses and singers should show their support by auditioning. I want to say a big GOOD LUCK to Alicia, and please keep us fans updated! ^_~v

As a African animator I would love to see Alicia Keys get the part. I just hope disney doesn’t get a white actor to play the part like they have done in past movies to play another race. I’m just glad that I’ll be able to get a black Disney Princess doll for my daughter sometime in the future.
