Mary J Blige and Alicia Keys were busy ladies on Friday night when they dashed between telethons in New York to help raise millions for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Blige performed U2 ballad ‘One’ with the Irish rockers as part of multi-channel TV benefit ‘Shelter From The Storm’, and then dashed across New York to perform at the ‘BET Save Ourselves’ telethon.

Keys performed an inspirational number with gospel stars at the Shelter From The Storm event and also opened the BET benefit.
