Alicia I support you on your comment about G rap. I only wish they could understand US a little better. Rap is dead it was changed and most rappied with 2poc’s death. Whos death was used to strick fear into their hearts. Then it was stolden from them and changed! its trash and losing its core along with hip-hop. I understand you. next time tell’em its losing its core. not to offending=) and knowing people they’ll just sing bout its not dead…even tho that song itself is an example it is(losing its core).

Alicia Keys Apologizes Over Tobacco “Advertising”
Published Saturday, 26th July, 2008 at 2:04 PM

Alicia Keys has responded to criticism over a concert, after it emerged her forthcoming Jakarta show appeared to be sponsored by a tobacco company.

Tobacco Free Kids claim posters advertising the show, made it seem like the R&B singer’s concert was being held in association with Mild Live Production – a subsidiary of tobacco producers Philip Morris International.

A statement from Alicia Keys says after the issue was made aware, she “immediately asked for an investigation and that corrective actions be taken.”

“As a result, the tobacco company has respectfully withdrawn their sponsorship and all billboards, signage and other forms of advertising will be immediately removed.” Keys also apologized for “any misleading advertising initially associated with the show”.
