Alyssa Vitrano of YM.com caught up with Christina Aguilera and asked the singer what it was like to record ‘Impossible’ with Alicia Keys. “Good. That song’s got an old-school feel to it,” she said. “Alicia sang some backgrounds with me. We also did a talking-back-and-forth thing before the song even started. I wanted every song to have the feeling like you’re in the studio with me. There are a lot of interludes with talking, and there’s some hidden stuff on there that’s funny. We have so much goofing off on this record — I swear, people have never seen this side of me; it’s just stupid.”
