I just saw/heard you on the BET Honors show and felt compelled to send this email acknowledging the beauty and overt wisdom of such a young sister. I beleive that Supreme Essence bestowed your gift of song simply to elevate you as the compassionate and profound spokesperson you’ve become on behalf of African people in this country and throughout the diaspora. Your honors speech almost brought this 54 yr old brother to tears, I pray for your ongoing success with regards to your craft and that the Essence continues to use it’s gift to this planet called Alicia Keys as a beacon of hope, strength and promise.

I LOVE ALICIA KEYS!!!!! She has such a great voice and she is very pretty too. I love all of her songs!! She is my future wife.

When I watched the BET Honors I was so glad to see that they honored such a great young woman with such a talent. Alicia Keys has so much to be proud of in her life. She sings with such a smooth and beautiful voice. Her songs move me and make me feel so good to be alive. Alicia Keys is my idol and I look up to her and love her. I love Alicia Keys!!
